How we ended up sending a canvas to a wedding in Mexico!

Jealous of a canvas - me, no....never! REAL WEDDING May 2023

. Something very exciting happened early this year. I wanted to shout about it. But these photos were worth the wait. . You see, back in May 2023, Wonder & Jamie (from America) wed in Mexico! If you weren't aware, I'm based in the UK and this was my first international client. So quite the big deal. . And they wanted a Your Guest Canvas there! Now, I would have loved to have hopped on a plane and been there in person, but we decided on a DIY package instead. P.S if you're thinking of this and want me there - we can make it happen!

With a surname like Stormbreaker and a moonlight beach ceremony... you'll get the stormy beach canvas inspiration. I packed up and sent the canvas prepped as i always do for weddings. Alongside all the tools needed.

Next, I set up a dedicated page on my website with videos for all the guests to watch. Telling them about the canvas and giving tips. Wonder made a magazine for their wedding so guests could link to this page before the day!

I've never shipped anything internationally before, so to say my nerves were put to the test, sending this precious cargo is an understatement. However, it was all handled perfectly thanks to Wonder and the fab wedding organiser@younique.bykelley

The wedding has now been featured in a blog on@greenweddingshoes! And here's what it said...

A Seaside Destination Wedding in Mexico With An After-Dark Ceremony Under The Full Moon.

"Wonder + Jamie reached out to UK-based live painting company Make Your Mark Events who sent along everything guests would need to collaborate and create a paint-by-numbers-style masterpiece throughout the night.

Now, the couple has a piece of art made by all of their favourite people on their special day! Bride Wonder calls the painting “a perfect keepsake.”

Wonder + Jamie, thank you for trusting me with this and welcoming a Your Guest Canvas to you day. It certainly looks like the most EPIC day and a real privilege to be involved.
